LOVE = trust + respect?

I overheard my sister on the phone while i was in the toliet shiting and bathing.
She is saying stuff like man are "Jian", and many other stuff. It seem to me that she doesnt believe in love anymore like she used to.

The recent accident i had with relationship makes me think alot regarding LOVE.
It seem to me that most people in the society doesnt believe in LOVE anymore. Or i could say that in most people's heart there is no more "true love".

What happen? Why would people think this way?
Too much cheating, breakup, heartaches?

I guess human are sterotyping being. If they faces some bad experience they would always hold back in defence whenever they faces that same situation again. They will think that it is the same it will be the same.

For example, a person once had a bad bad bad relationship, the next time he/she faces a new relationship, he/she would always had that previous bad relationship in mind and would just come to a conclusion that this new relationship will end bad eventually.
It is really sad that the society had become this way. But it is just human normal mechanism to defence themself to protect themself.

Maybe i am also affect by the impression of bad relationship ba. But in this relationship i have faith that i found true love.

I look throught the website on love. I saw something really interesting.
It is a pdf file on christian stuff. One of the most interesting that they mention is regarding love.

What they view love regardless of all those love god stuff first. They show a diagram
Showing that LOVE is supported by Trust And Respect.
I find it so very truth, Once in a relationship there is not trust and respect, love will eventually fall.
